Douglas T. Kans

Douglas T. Kans studied at the University of Maryland at College Park, graduating in 1989 from the prestigious Robert H. Smith School of Business with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, and then earning his Juris Doctorate from the William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul. He is licensed in both Federal and State Court, and is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National College for DUI Defense, and the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Robert J. Kouba
Robert J. Kouba studied at the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul. He is licensed in the State of Minnesota, and a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Early in his legal career, Mr. Kouba had the opportunity to gain invaluable experience working in the Ramsey County Public Defender’s Office, the Anoka County Public Defender’s Office, the City of Richfield Prosecutor’s Office, and the City of Edina Prosecutor’s Office. While there, Mr. Kouba gained valuable experience with Minnesota’s criminal law system; experience he now brings to his clients.
Mr. Kouba values communication, reliability, and respect when it comes to his clients. He listens carefully and communicates with his clients, explaining everything regarding DUIs in Minnesota. His experiences as a clerk prosecuting cases, Mr. Kouba gained valuable insight on the legal process in Minnesota, and he uses that insight to create sound legal strategies for his clients.
Angela L. McCauley
Angela L. McCauley studied Economics and Philosophy at Baylor University in Waco, TX. She later attended the University of Houston, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, and a Minor in Business Administration. She is an experienced Legal Assistant with a background in both civil and criminal law.
Ms. McCauley was born and raised in Orange, Texas. She loves music, philosophy, and spending time with her fiance. As newcomers to Minnesota, they enjoy camping, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
